| Premier real estate organisation with offices throughout the world require a financial manager for their Luxembourg office. |
| |
Reporting directly to the Heads of Luxembourg Operations, you will be in charge of the financial activities for Luxembourg domiciled funds and companies with following main responsibilities:
• Supervision of accounting work done mostly by domiciliation companies
• Occasional accounting work
• Preparation or review of annual financial statements,
• Help London office in the structuring and financing process of new acquisitions
• budgeting,
• invoicing,
• payment control,
• Office cash flow management.
• Reporting and consolidation
• Engage in loan covenants compliance, establish Luxembourg VAT returns
• Be involved in reporting to the Head Quarter,
• Liaise with service providers such as auditors, law firms, and tax advisers, and being in regular contact with local authorities and affiliated companies in Europe.
• Maintenance of a central record of all Luxembourg documentation.
• Evaluation of all procedures and processes
Your profile:
• A degree in Accounting, or a related field,
• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position,
• Detailed oriented, proactive and independent,
• Excellent analytical and communication skills,
• Proficient and highly organised coordinator, with a high sense of responsibility and an ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure;
• Fluency in English and French is a must, German would be considered an asset
• Able to work autonomously
• Open-minded and team-oriented
