| A top mutual fund manager seeks a candidate to take responsibility for all Fixed Income operational matters, particularly supporting the trading team. |

You will work in a small team, taking responsibility for all Fixed Income operational matters. Derivatives support will form a large part of the workflow, so past experience with these is essential.
In this role you will deal with a wide range of other departments across the firm, and also respond effectively and promptly to day to day queries, particularly from Traders and Portfolio Managers.
Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate with internal teams regarding timely resolutions of errors and the implementation of roll outs and upgrades
- Preparation and maintenance of procedures manuals
- Co-ordinate and test all FI Disaster Recovery provisions
You will be required to co-ordinate on fund accounting, settlements, corporate actions and operational development. You will also work with the Head of Department of develop best practices in relation to Compliance, Risk Management and Audit.
Experience
- A knowledge of fund administration and trading systems
- A team player who can take the initiative, and who has excellent communication skills
- Good practical understanding of the investment management process, ideally gained from a similar firm
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
