Urgent need for a specialist with skills that embrace areas such as strategy, operations, financials, people management and technology to play a lead role in developing relationships with donor organizations.
 
You will have:

  • At least 15 years of Public Sector Reform experience in developing/emerging countries
  • Deep understanding of the region (professionally, culturally, socially, …)
  • Proven record in developing and maintaining good relationships with donor clients and government counterparts
  • Extensive experience in business development, including establishing partnerships with key individuals and organizations, and developing proposals
  • Extensive experience in leading/managing projects and teams
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to conduct business in Arabic is a must
